Pricing questions
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel any time. Annual billing gets two months free.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
Never. We charge a flat subscription. Card payments (deposits, no-show fees) pass through Stripe at Stripe's standard rate. We add nothing on top.
What happens if I use more voice minutes?
Extra minutes are $0.19 each. You set a monthly cap; when you reach it, the AI switches to text-back and message-taking instead of running up your bill.
Can I export my client data?
Yes, any time, in one click (CSV). Your clients are yours. We never list you on a marketplace next to competitors.
