What we collect

When you use agilexy.com we collect information you give us (name, email, phone, business details, messages, calculator inputs), and technical data such as pages visited, referrer and device type. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you consent.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries, send requested reports, and run the founding-member program
• To call or text you only if you checked the separate consent box
• To improve the website and measure marketing performance

Demo conversations

The website chat demo uses a fictional business. Please don't enter real personal information. Demo phone calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality; you'll hear a notice at the start of the call.

Sharing

We don't sell personal information. We share it with service providers that help us operate (hosting, email, CRM, analytics, telephony) under contracts that limit their use of it.

Retention & your rights

We keep lead information for up to 24 months unless you become a customer. You can request access, correction or deletion at any time by emailing privacy@agilexy.com.
