Agent-ready
The next customer might be an AI booking on someone's behalf.
Google's AI Mode can already find and book beauty, wellness and restaurant appointments, and its assistant can call local businesses for users. If an AI can't read your availability, it moves on to a competitor, and you never see the lost booking.
What being agent-ready means
Discoverable. Understandable. Bookable.
Google Business Profile booking
A working “Book” button on your listing, and Reserve with Google where available.
Machine-readable services
Services, prices, durations and hours published as structured data (schema.org) AI can parse.
Real-time availability
AI agents only ever see open slots, so there's no double-booking and no “sorry, that's taken.”
Open booking endpoint
A secure booking API and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that AI assistants can use to check and book.

Agent-ready FAQ
Is this live today?
Google is rolling out agentic booking in stages, starting with restaurants, events and beauty & wellness through partner platforms. We build to the open standards so you're ready as each channel opens.
Will AI agents book junk appointments?
Agent bookings go through the same policy engine as human ones: deposits, verification and confirmation texts still apply.
Do I need a website?
No. Your Agilexy booking page can serve as your bookable presence. If you have a website, we add the booking widget and markup to it.
